All bookings are non-refundable. If insurance is purchased, your booking payment will be refunded if you provide advance notice via email to: royalusa@hotmail.com within three (3) hours of your original booking departure time without incurring any fees.
Tours run rain or shine. Please bring appropriate gear or clothing for the weather.
Tour ticket upgrades, including Washington Monument and Museum Tickets (“Upgrades”), are NON-Refundable. Upgrades are only refunded in the event that the site of the Upgrade is closed on the given day. If you have purchased a morning tour, Upgrades are offered for either for the day of your tour or for the following day, based on availability. lf you have purchased a night tour or a full day tour, the Upgrade is offered for the day following your scheduled tour.
Signature Tours DC reserves the right to cancel, substitute or change tours or vehicles as deemed necessary, for reasons of capacity or due to circumstances beyond our control, including government closures, security requirements or other notices by any governmental authority. We will of course do our best to provide advance notice in these circumstances.

Free Cancellation up to 24 Hours in Advance > if you cancel your booking 24 hours in advance of your tour departure time - a full refund will be issued
• Free Cancellation up to 1 Hour in Advance with Tour Booking Insurance > if you purchase Tour Booking Insurance at $5.99 per booking, booking cancellations may be made up to 1 hour in advance of your tour departure time for a full refund
• Please note that all our DC private tours carry a 7-day cancellation policy, and tour booking insurance is not available for private tours.
